The chloramphenicol ELISA kit is based on competitive enzyme-linked reaction, and the antibody containing chloramphenicol (CAP) has been coated on the microplate. In the drug analysis, samples were added to the hole together with CAP-HRP. If the sample contains CAP, it will compete for CAP antibody and inhibit the binding of CAP-HRP to the antibody on the plate. After adding the substrate, the color intensity of the product is inversely proportional to the concentration of CAP in the sample.
